Dr Carl Manhem brings decades of experience in oral surgery and has a special interest in dental implants, particularly the All-on-4 implant technique. After graduating from the University of Gothenburg in 1983, he went on to gain registration in Sweden, Denmark, and the UK.
Since 2000, Dr Manhem has performed hundreds of All-on-4 cases, becoming one of the first in the UK to adopt the technique at Eastman Dental Hospital. His approach combines technical expertise with a strong focus on patient comfort and care.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Manhem is also passionate about education, regularly mentoring fellow professionals and contributing to the advancement of implant techniques through teaching and publications.

Dr Amir Vahdat qualified from Royal Karoliska Institute in Stockholm in 1999. He joined NHS Dentist in 2001 and became a partner in 2010. Since then, he has directed most of his attention to create a dental practice that is ethical, professional, fun to work in and always provides the highest possible quality dentistry to patients.
Dr Amir did an extensive post graduate course in Endodontics in 2008 and 2009 at Londec and has an accredited special interest in root canal treatments. He accepts referral from colleagues within the practice for more challenging root canal treatments.
Dr Amir understands that dentistry is a fast-moving industry, so he regularly attends courses to stay up to date with the latest techniques and materials within his field.
Alongside Endodontics, he has an interest in implant dentistry and has worked alongside Dr Carl Manhem at our practice to restore thousands of implants so far.

Dr Nancy Yousef qualified in Stockholm in 1999, she has since worked in Sweden, Spain and finally moved to the UK in 2001.
Dr Yousef has attended many postgraduate courses during this time, but has deepened her knowledge in root canal therapy after completing a 12-month Endodontic course at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2004.
Dr Yousef has worked alongside Dr Carl Manhem since 2011 and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding in dental implant treatment and its complexities. Dr Yousef has continued to attend post graduate courses in dental implants to widen her horizon on how to achieve the best results possible for her patients.

Dr Noushin Karimi graduated from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm in 1998 and joined NHS Dentist in March 1999.
Her interests are in Aesthetic and Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry, she completed her Masters Degree in Restorative Dentistry in 2015 from Eastman Dental Institute. She has been undertaking full mouth rehabilitation cases including comprehensive Implant restorations.
She has a keen interest in Aesthetic Medicine, currently completing an integrated Masters Degree in Aesthetic Medicine and Injectable Therapies.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being an active member of PTA, learning the piano, cooking and baking.

Dr. Afra Godarzi-Mofrad graduated from The School of Clinical Dentistry at Sheffield University in 1999 . In order to widen her post graduate education she then embarked on several Senior House Officer jobs in the renowned Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and Hallamshire Hospital as well as some district general hospitals managing head and neck, and facial trauma.
She has also worked extensively in the Paediatric and Adult dental clinics gaining a wealth of experience in managing dental problems across the age groups.
Dr. Godarzi-Mofrad is a very experienced and caring dentist. Her considerate and empathetic approach allows her to gain the trust of her patients and she is especially popular with children, nervous and dentally phobic patients.
Her interests lie in providing an excellent standard of family dental healthcare, with a special focus on prevention of disease and retention of teeth for as long as possible. She also has an interest in Aesthetic dentistry and improving smiles.
She has a commitment to lifelong learning and continually enhancing her knowledge and keeping abreast with cutting edge techniques.
She is passionate about preventative dentistry and the management of Periodontal disease (conditions affecting the supporting structures of the teeth). To this end she is undertaking a Masters in Periodontology at the prestigious & world renowned Eastman Dental Hospital in London. She looks forward to helping her patients manage their dental and gum conditions in a more holistic way aiming to help them retain their teeth for as long as possible.

Dr Ayah El Hamalawy graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Medicine from Misr International University (MIU) in Cairo, Egypt, in 2013 and has been practicing dentistry since then. Dr Ayah has been based in the UK since 2017, working as a general dentist. During this time, Dr Ayah was exposed to a wide range of treatments across all areas of general dentistry, gaining extensive experience and managing a variety of patient needs.
In 2022, Dr Ayah completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy in the UK, and in 2024, she obtained a Master’s degree in Specialist Practice in Clear Aligner Orthodontics from the University of Greater Manchester. Dr Ayah also completed two postgraduate courses in Interceptive Orthodontics and is currently studying for a prolonged and comprehensive Postgraduate Diploma in Interceptive Orthodontics, which is dedicated to the treatment of children from a very young age, focusing on guiding proper dental and jaw development.
